What is ClickWall? And What Makes It Different from Other Systems?:
ClickWall is a prefabricated interior wall system that combines the strengths of various wall technologies into one cohesive solution. It offers the load-bearing performance of AAC block or precast concrete walls while remaining lightweight and easy to install — with no need for plastering like conventional lightweight wall systems.
The primary material used is magnesium, a natural mineral known for its excellent fire resistance and carbon-free composition. It is combined with magnesium sulfate to form a cement-like matrix. Reinforcements such as magma rock and natural fibers are added to enhance strength, flexibility, and crack resistance. The mixture is molded into large sheets and shipped directly from the factory without any additional firing or curing — helping reduce carbon emissions during the manufacturing process.
ClickWall panels can be produced up to 120 x 290 cm in size with a total wall thickness of 10 cm. They are installed using the Rib & Fameboard system — featuring tongue-and-groove joints and fastened with upper and lower brackets to the floor and ceiling for enhanced structural integrity.

Thanks to their large size and smooth surface, ClickWall panels are immediately ready for finishing, significantly speeding up the construction process. On average, a team of two workers can install up to 80 square meters per day — twice as fast as standard lightweight walls and four times faster than traditional brick-and-mortar walls.
Despite being lightweight (just 20 kg/m², or 75% lighter than brick walls), ClickWall meets ASTM 5234-2 durability standards and can reduce the overall structural load and project cost. It can support up to 75 kg per mounting point, making it three times stronger than standard drywall. It also withstands downward pull forces of up to 55 kg and side-pull forces of up to 70 kg.
Additionally, ClickWall offers high fire resistance. It is non-combustible and emits no toxic smoke during a fire — certified to ASTM E84: Class A — making it ideal for buildings requiring fire safety compliance.
