3. The company will inform the data owners of the purposes of data collection, use, and disclosure, and notify them of their rights at the outset. Agreement to do business with or apply for a job at the company signifies the data owner’s consent to the use of their data for the stated purposes.
4. The company has established a system for data protection, including data controllers, data processors, and personal data protection officers, to ensure that personal data is used according to its purpose and is secure as required by law.
5. Sensitive personal data will be collected, used, and disclosed with explicit consent from the data owner and will be handled with care and confidentiality.
6. Personal data of foreigners will be protected and used in the same way as the data of Thai nationals.
7. When transferring personal data to external agencies or abroad, the company ensures there are agreements with the external agencies or destination countries for strict and secure data protection as required by law.
8. Data owners have the right to inspect, obtain copies, object to, delete, destroy, transfer, or withdraw consent for their data, unless the company is legally required to use the data or it is necessary for contractual agreements. Requests to exercise these rights can be made to the designated data controller at the company.
9. The company will protect the personal data of customers, partners, employees, and related persons as if it were the company’s own property. Unauthorized violation, disclosure, access, personal gain, or harm to the data owner without approval from the data controller is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to the maximum penalties, legal action, and full compensation for damages as prescribed by law.
